Case of the week- Undiagnosed popliteal aneurysm thrombosis

Moral : Ultrasound was done in an outside imaging facility and just reported occlusion of distal femoral artery. 

Surgeon needs to perform or review ultrasound images in their facility prior to angiogram to avoid surprises.
